Thai Marinade is made out of table salt, sweet paprika, thickener: xanthan gum (E 415), flavouring, turmeric, white pepper, antioxidant: sodium isoascorbate (E 316), ginger, chili, acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330), cinnamon, lemongrass, orange oil, paprika extract. It is GMO-Free. Dry mixture intended for the production of quality seasoned meat products. Add 0,5 kg mixture to 10 kg of meat and 3.5 kg water OR add 0,5 kg mixture to 10 kg of meat, 2 kg water and 0.5 kg oil. Marinate it for 2-8 hours.
