Kentucky Marinade is made out of table salt, paprika, cumin seed, thickener: xanthan gum (E 415), flavouring, antioxidant: sodium isoascorbate (E 316), black pepper, chili, acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330), ginger, coriander, rosemary and paprika extract. It is GMO-Free. Dry mixture intended for the production of quality seasoned meat products. Add 0,5 kg mixture to 10 kg of meat and 3.5 kg water OR add 0,5 kg mixture to 10 kg of meat, 2 kg water and 0.5 kg oil. Marinate it for 2-8 hours.

Recipes and common usage

Marinade
Add 0,5 kg mixture to 10 kg of meat and 3.5 kg water OR add 0,5 kg mixture to 10 kg of meat, 2 kg water and 0.5 kg oil. Marinate it for 2-8 hours.
